Monday Motivation!

Considering it's the first Monday in September, I think it is the perfect time to evaluate your goals from last month. Did you accomplish all your goals? Did you accomplish 1 goal? Or no goal at all? If you did, how did you succeed in accomplishing those goals? If you didn't, what hindered you from accomplishing those goals? Use the new month to restart, reevaluate and regroup. Learn from your past mistakes and accomplishments to make this month count!

Here are some tips to help accomplish your goals:

1. Brainstorm!! Think about what needs to get done, what is most important and what needs most of your attention.

2. Jot it down!! Whether you get a pen and paper and write your goals down or type it out in your notes app on your phone, get it somewhere other than your mind.

3. Make sure they are realistic!! Don't overwhelm yourself with too many or too big of a goal because that's how we get discouraged and end up not completing our goals. Don't put on your plate what you know you can not handle. If you're goal is big, break down the small components that you would need to complete first and tackle each individually, instead of trying to tackle it all at once.

4. Delegate scheduling!! What are your deadlines? How long will it take you to complete each goal? How are you going to hold yourself accountable for completing these goals?

5. Get to work!! Now it's up to you to actually get things done! You got this! Only thing stopping your success is you!
